The project
MSS provided security infrastructure for a care home development in East Sussex, supporting Savista Developments from the early stages of construction through to the facility's completion and opening.
The challenge
The development required reliable CCTV to improve visibility and help protect the site against unauthorised access, theft, vandalism and damage to materials and equipment.
The MSS solution
MSS supplied and installed 10 hardwired CCTV systems in May 2020. The solution was deployed at the beginning of the construction programme, establishing site security as work commenced.
The result
The installation provided dedicated surveillance across the development, supported by ongoing engagement from MSS as the project progressed through structural completion, fit-out, licensing and opening.

Ground was officially broken and work began on site.

Topping out
The building reached its maximum height and structural completion.

Official opening
Following final fit-out and licensing, the facility welcomed its first residents.
